Over the last few gaming expos, I have picked up both the "Pole Positn" and "Raiders Lost Ark" misspelled end labels. Were there any other US release 2600 games that had spelling or similar errors? Or front labels for that matter....

1986 Atari corp reissues had some problems, I have Air-Sea Battle and Golf, both say "Use with Paddle Controllers" on the main label- too bad they are both joystick games.

Edit: I'm looking for "Raiders Lost Ark" for my collection

This is one of the reasons Atari collecting is so fun. There are so many niches you can choose to focus on that it would be nearly impossible to ever "finish" a collection. You can stop at just collecting one companies games, or you can keep hunting for more obscure variants and versions.

Pretty fun stuff IMO.

That's strange, since they were all probably done with the same printer that some have errors. Never seen one before

They made them at different times with different fonts and colors. It isn't typos on non typo end labels. They are different end labels all together.

I was playing Midnight Magic tonight. Noticed that in the actual game it's spelled Midnite Magic, while the label bears Midnight Magic.

nice catch...I wonder if they were trying to save just a tiny bit of memory (or just lazy)?

Midnight probably couldn't fit on the left side of the pinball machine and making them match by putting Midnite Magic on the label makes too much sense for Atari Corp.
