Pops out as in fading in and out with color or fading in and out like on Star Trek? The color fading version would be easy, but you'd have to draw animation frames for a Star Trek version.

I adapted on of my example programs to just have a sprite pop up if you press the fire button.

Here's the .bin file to use with an emulator:

Attached File  ex_sprite_pop_up_2011y_06m_05d_2159t.bin   4K   21 downloads

Here's the bB code:

Attached File  ex_sprite_pop_up_2011y_06m_05d_2159t.bas   6.2K   18 downloads

thanks my friends are enjoying this and laughing about it(: now to plan more serious work. first i need ideas. get with my filmmaking team later for ideas. im thinking of doing an adventure type or et type game (just not one that would cause the market to crash)

Quote from Posting Tips for New bB Users:

  • Be sure to name your program files something other than 'default' in case you need to post them. Even if you don't know the name of the game yet, you can always use your username mixed with the type of project. For example, if your username is Mr. Giggle Snort and you're working on an unnamed maze game, you could call it "giggle_snort_maze_game_2011y_04m_28d_1002t.bas". For more about naming your files, see Easy Software Versioning.
