Hi there,

We generally would have a "What are you working on?" thread on the Stellalist but I thought I'd ask here since it seems most activity has moved to AA. I haven't seen any announced games coming to the store lately. Anyone care to share an upcoming project status or product coming soon to the store?

Chetiry should be out sometime later this year.

I’m working on a game but it won’t be ready until sometime next year. It will feel like Zelda but with a pirate theme instead. Basically a fighting, exploring, puzzle solving, collecting treasure sort of game for the 2600. The hardest part right now is programing the puzzles, this is going to take a while.

Personally I can’t wait for Chetiry :)

I've begun work on something I call Mr. E Magin. You can view a screenshot and play the latest binary here.

In my blog I've been documenting the development of Frantic, Berzerk & Frenzy, using maze generation similar to the arcade game (ie: 64K room layouts for each variation). Just finished some digitized speech tests and am back to working on the kernel.

I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Not for the 2600 at the moment. I finished a production version of Pacman4K a while ago. Just waiting it for it to hit the store. I've been toying around with going back to the A8 for a while. Even thought about looking into the TRS-80 for fun.

Cool!!! Diagonal enemy shots planned too?

I miss [stella] :( For me, it was so much easier following the progress of projects. Now they seem scattered in blogs, websites, and in the forums.

Thanks for sharing your projects. I'll be keeping an eye out for them.

Yep - I debated doing hmoves every line so I could even draw them diagonally, but I suspect that won't be feasible.

I could use the players to draw everything, but I think the flicker would be overwhelming on the later levels. So instead, I'm hoping to flicker the ball and both missiles so the human gets 2 shots and the robots get up to 4. Haven't gotten far enough long yet to know if I'll have time to update all 3 of them.

Thanks. I've been around. I just haven't worked on a project where I'm the sole developer lately.

Don't know if it will make it to the store, but Pac-Man-Red and I are working on a new Adventure game - kinda like Adventure meets Lord of the Rings. All new items, enemies, and mazes.

It must, Byte Knight, it must! Love that screen shot!

Ature and Dungeon are winners! We need more, bigger games in this genre!

I know that there are several other games in progress, but they are being developed in secret. I think this is partly to avoid the floods of "is it done yet?" messages.

It's a two part series. The first game is called "Sparky" and second is "Rockette's Revenge"

About 25%-50% done. All items pictured are working. There's still a few bugs with the DPC+ engine, but I'll post a demo once everything is working.
