Hello,
I posted this on the Sega16 forums, I thought I would post it here as well. I copied pretty much what I posted over at Sega16.
Just finished a Sega Neptune mod. Everything works great but getting a 'flickering' horizontal line interference in the video.
All my cables I used to connect the 32X to the Genesis model 2 are the shielded type (cables from CD-ROM audio with ground wrapped around signal wires).
Genesis games work fine..no interference, just when I play a 32X game.
I am using an internal power adapter to convert 120V AC to 10V DC (3.1 Amps)
Wondering if you guys had any suggestions.

Here is a video:

I moved the power supply out and away from the unit...no change.
However, I did run a ferrite cylinder near the 32X's choke/coil and the interference went away...
So..possibly it's the choke/coil on the 32X?..
