Saw these at Target today. They were selling for $19.99
I almost purchased a set but decided to hold off till next time.
Thought they were pretty cool though....

I came really close. Had em in my arms and everything. If I had know I was going to be picking up a Magic Hat Summer Variety 12 pack later, I would have snagged them for sure. Probably head back tomorrow and get them. They also had other pint glasses like Beatles and Rolling Stones for those interested.

I got a set from thinkgeek.com about a year ago. Nice quality pint glasses. Thick glass and decent screen painting.

.....last week for the same price (they were in the Sunday flyer) but I didn't see Atari ones then. I realize that band isn't for everyone, but I thought the glasses were kind of cool. If I'd seen the Atari ones I would have them! Need to go back to Target.

Goddamn, living in Canada sucks sometimes. We're supposed to get Targets over here when they finally take over Zellers but not yet. Until then are there other stores that are carrying these that might be found in Canada?

At least your GDP per-capita is higher than U.S., and there are fewer barges of job-killing Chinese fodder arriving at your shores.

(However, if the fodder has Atari emblems on it, it's exceptional)

They are available in Canada or, at least, I know they were... I bought a set at CdPlus last year for (yikes) $39.99. CdPlus has since gone extinct here but there must be some other Canadian retailers selling this set? It's awesome, by the way. Thick, heavy glasses.

As an update, I did indeed go back and get these glasses!
Our ol pal Breakpack and I were at Target browsing a few days later and I couldn't resist.
Let me tell you now, beer tastes better in these glasses.

I bought a set of them myself, but that was in part because I have a set of acrylic drinkware that's decaying rapidly, and is now in the "thrift donation" box.

Very nice! I was thinking about ordering those (the Targets around me don't have those pint glasses in-store though they have other sets of 4 like Guinness and The Beatles) but I decided to order these instead because they're black and that works great with black backgrounds for those games. Would it be too much to ask for somebody to make pint glasses like that for Cinematronics games?

My wife got me those glasses for Christmas last year. Love them to death, and as was already mentioned, they're pretty high quality. Hope they eventually release some more featuring different games.

Awesome find moycon....thanks for the post! It's funny, I've been to Target at least 2 or 3 times since you created this thread in late June, but I simply never stumbled upon these glasses. So the thread is definitely appreciated.

I think I may have to take the plunge and get these. We have so many sippy cups in our cupboard that it's hard to find room sometimes. However, my youngest just started to drink out of a big girl's cup....this morning at breakfast was her first using no lid. I don't know, but I think that's a green light to get rid of a bunch of sippy cubs and fill their place with these, right??

Metal Ghost I'm in the same boat as you with my son! I think this would be perfect glasses for eating meals at our kitchen table which we finally have gotten back (junk table for the last year or so . . . yeah)!

Based upon what I read here, I went to my local Target and they had them ON SALE!!
I paid only $10.

Now for the bad news...
I got the last set they had.

Not sure if they are on sale everywhere. I suspect they are now clearance items... at least at my local Target they appear to be.

Really? Did they only ring up at $10, or were they marked down on the price tag? I saw them today, but they were about $16 on the tag. I may go back if they are $10.

Hmmmm I'll have to head back to Target tomorrow and see if they have them discounted. I wouldn't mind picking up some of the other ones as well. I've been using the Atari one for drinking beer and let me tell you, they are really nice glasses!
