I've got for sale an alpha copy of the unreleased Lynx Bomberman clone, TNT Terry. This cart was received as a demo for JagFest 98 and was also shown off at JagFest 99. In the game, you can run around, set off bombs, blow up rocks and enemies (which look just like you). There is only one style of play field, though more were in development. This is one of two known copies to exist. Here are some shots:

More information can be had at http://home.planet.n.../lynx/tntterry/

You guys get first crack and then it's off to eBay. Send offers to kevin@nuon-dome.com

Thanks!

Is that a socketed EPROM I see in the pic? Wasn't someone just looking for one of those?

Yes, I believe it is socketed. I will double check when I get home, though.

I would agree that it is socketed, but i see only one contact-pad for the >30 slot-signals ;)

It's socketed for sure and I agree that cart looks like it shouldn't work, considering the contact is one big strip. :?

Here's a pic of the back of the cart, hopefully that clears things up :) The chip faces away from the Lynx II (won't fit in a Lynx I) and it is indeed socketed.

Looks quite good, is it playable?

Does anyone know why development stopped?

In other words, yes, it is playable.

Have you sold it or got any good bids yet K3V?

I have always loved Bomberman. Do you guys think there is a little little chance that TNT Terry ever will be completed and released? By Mr Simonis or anyone else?

Yep it's gone. Not sure if it'll ever get finished, but it looks unlikely since he hasn't updated his site in about 4 years.
