Welcome to the pack once again, man. As you can see much love and support for a great friend and fellow Atari enthusiast here. As stated in another thread, if you need someone to talk or vent steam to let me know. I'll be here.

So I'm a little late to this party, but since I've been on the upswing on reading and posting again I have a few (possibly dumb) questions:

1.) So this is like an Atari Flashback except geared towards fans of the 7800?
2.) It comes pre-loaded with games, but can still play 2600 and 7800 carts too?
3.) It's Cuttle Cart 2 compatible?
4.) AA homebrew games are included?

If the answer to all of those question is YES then all I have to say is "F'N SWEET. When can I buy one?"

Its an expansion module that plugs into the 7800. There are plenty of threads in the 7800 section about it.

No built in games. However you can still play your back catalogue of 2600, 7800 games as well as the homebrews.

Yep!

Unfortunately not. However there are some XM specific games in the pipeline.

If you still want to buy one head over to Curt's Legacy Engineer web store.

The same thing happened with the Author of Froggie and I think Froggie will never get completed for the Atari 7800.
