Has someone already made a Tetris for the 2600/5200/7800? I would love to see it happen if it's possible. :P

There are several tetromino games for the 2600 - the latest being my Chetiry homebrew.

Actual Tetris or just a knockoff? Klax was made for all three (well, after market for the 5200 and I believe the 7800 version was a "homebrew" of sorts). Not the *real* Tetris, but basically a clone,

Yep, there are several Tetris-games for the 2600. The best ones are:

Edtris 2600
Cubis
Z-Blocks
