i had an idea today for a game, an angry birds "port" for the VCS. just something simle like a blue background and different levels with different structures with pigs or as i would use on here, Green Squares, and just like the angry birds game. idk if we can do the multiple types of birds though, fyi.

How easy would it be to approximate the physics of the game on the Atari?

I'm thinking the graphics are not necessarily the bigger stumbling block here.

The physics would be the easy part, matching the graphics to falling objects would be a tricky part but not impossible.

I actually was thinking about this the other day myself... I think the trick would be in recreating the tension from the iPhone game when a rock just barely kills off that last green pig. For that to happen, the pigs and structures would have to move precisely and subtly. What would be used for the structures? The background was what I was thinking... but I wonder if that would be too clunky? I'm sure if you spent enough time with it, you could find a good solution.
