Have any Mac users who have upgrade to Lion tried running Atari800MacX yet? I have one user reporting crashes, but I'm no where near ready to switch to Lion on my machines for probably another month, due to needs to complete projects for summer school. I did install Lion in a VMWare machine, and Atari800MacX ran fine there, but that's not real graphics hardware, and it might make a difference. If you do try it, please let me know what type of machine, and if you had or did not have success.

I've been running Lion since release on my early-2011 Macbook Pro and haven't had any crashes in Atari800MacX yet. Is there a specific circumstance which is causing the crash for the user? I'd be happy to test for you.

Thanks for the offer, but it only seems to be occurring on a 2009 MacBookPro with a Nvidia graphics. He also has a MacMini, and has no issues there. I don't know if it is specific to his graphic controller, or something about his system. I'll see if I have any issues when I switch (we have 2010 and 2011 MacBook Pro's, a Mac Mini, and a Mac Pro), or if any other users see an issue, let me know.

I have a mid-2009 Macbook Pro 13", running Lion, and I have problems with the atari display window freezing whenever I go to "insert" an Atari floppy image (.atr). All I have to do is click on the "insert" button on the virtual drive and the open dialog box comes up. If I hit cancel, or if I select a floppy image, either way, the atari display window is now stuck, frozen, but the emulation is still running as the sound continues. My macbook pro has Nvidia graphics.

Atari800MacX runs just fine in Lion on my 24" 2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo iMac.......which has ATI graphics.....

I have been using Lion since the release and have had one small problem with Atari800MacX. Sometimes, when I fire up a game, the Option, Select, Start, and Break keys don't seem to respond. Restarting the application seems to clear the problem. It could also very easily be something else I have running that just happens to conflict. Other than that, Atari800MacX is rock steady, and one of my favorite pieces of software.
