Toshiba SD-2300














Sell the system for $75. Comes with all cables hook ups and controler. Tested and works fine. Comes with free fall for the nuon and the dvd remote as well.

I would have bought this a couple of bumps ago, but it's way too beat up. Looks like its sat on the shelf of Sumguy's local BadWill where countless people handled it until said sumguy finally bought it for $4.99.
Am I close?

Good point! Some thrift stores tape these things to the top of the unit though.

Ok so the games are hard to find and I want this for one game only, my question is does it play backups of disc? If so I am very interested just to plat Tempest 3000 and it has the controller.

I don't think it will play backups, I have one, and its not even playing my own DVD-R movies, also this model does not support homebrew games.

Only the N501 NUON model plays backups well. I own a Toshiba model and I can say it's not a bad unit at all, in fact its overall compatibility with DVDs and games is pretty solid. It has some features not present in other NUON models, such as the ability to take a screen capture from a DVD and set it as the desktop background, pretty neat. The price he is asking is not bad either.

NUON has both common and rare games...Merlin Racing, Ballistic, and Freefall are dirt common...Space Invaders and Tempest 3000 are more rare, and Iron Soldier 3 and Next Tetris are EXTREMELY rare. I have multiple copies of Freefall, I'd be willing to give one to whoever buys this for just the cost of shipping.

That sounds like a deal the games are pretty easy to find on ebay or amazon even outside next tetris and iron soldier. Bump Send me a pm if anyone interested.

Lol it will eventualy sell just have to find the right buyer. The price is not that bad when compared to prices you see on ebay anyway.

I'm interested. Will it play Tempest 3000? Thats the only game I care about. Also no shots of the controller?

With all these bumps and no activity, might want to considering lowering the price a little each time and maybe include a pic of that controller and anything else extra you might have for it.

Yes it will play tempest 3000 as long as its not a back up disk or anything of that sort.
