How do you change colors on Atari 2600 games?

Hey, mrcole here! I am currently working on the 2nd (and final) version of Griffey The Dog. If anyone would tell me some programs that can change colors for Atari games, I will give them concept art for Griffey The Dog 2.

That was based off Ms.Pac-Man, right?

Use a bithacker program like Hack-O-Matic or a disassembly...take your pick. Debro made an almost-complete "source" code of the game where everything is listed...tho it might be a bit confusing if you've never worked with 6502 machine language before (since such reverse-engineer codes rarely state the specific addresses where color values are stored - but has already converted those to descriptive labels instead.

For a novice, I suggest looking at Rob Kudla's notes on Pac-Man Arcade. The relevant addresses are all mentioned there. You can browse there directly here., or from his homepage here.

Use this page to get the hex values for the colors you want...and plug 'em into the memory addresses mentioned.
