Found a copy of Star Strike that had a difrent Label/Cart than the rest I have seen.
The back of the case had a panel that could be popped open.
Could this be a prototype?

I believe that Intellivision prototypes were usually in different cartridges (the EPROM prototype boards were too large to fit into production shells). It could be a prototype, or it could simply be a label that somebody typed up for themselves because the original fell off.
