What's your plans for this, Doc? Did Surrounded ever get finished?

Yes

Further down it says "Im simply covering my ass for when I finally(if I finally) finish the game and sell it on cart for Jag" so I'd say it's not finished. Maybe you could ask him next time you're in the proppa place for such questions ;-)

It's a box with no buttons. Because nobody gets past "thou shalt not."

Well, it's okay I guess, but the button could stand to be a bit bigger.

I was thinking more like the size of a snare drum. Oooo! Ship it with a drumstick, and you can do a drum solo while playing the game!!

No? Well, all right then. :D

LOL!! Can see that. The intro is lengthy. But have to admit, a fun game even for a demo.

I was thinking of making a controller that was a ... a box actually, with a button on each side.

Surrounded is basically "Space Zap" but with a 3rd dimension added to it. So a cube controller I always thought would be cool.

That's the way we played with sh3-rg's one during the AC (oops, maybe, he was not aware of :D )

I wouldn't worry too much, those buttons (and the box, come to think of it), are really solid. The button's meant for arcade machines, so it can take a lot of punishment, can thump them hard and only hurt your hand.

I'm glad it got there safely, and I'm glad you're enjoying it. Hopefully I'll have a few more for sale soon, if anyone is interested.

I've just hit a snag, and can't be 100% sure to be able to make any more exactly the same, which is really annoying, but assuming I can, they'll sell for £45 each. Hold tight, I'll keep you all posted, and I'm pleased to see there is interest.

Just out of interest, is the innards on these a butchered jagpad, or a custom PCB?
