If I made a purchase on the first, a while before the store went on vacation, but haven't received it yet, would it be safe to assume I'm not going to see it until after he gets back?

The store is on vacation, so I would assume that he's on vacation.

It was more a "Hey, what's the usual experience people get when purchasing from the store", because normally, I've never waited longer than 3 or 4 days to get something I bought, so I find two weeks to be a bit out of the ordinary. Thus, was curious if that's lately been typical turnaround, or if I should chalk it up to vacation.

Well, I can say that Al has been short on both time (with his Pinballz management job being very demanding, I believe he told me he was working 60+ hour weeks) and short on supplies, namely cleaned and prepped Atari carts, so that has caused a bit of a delay in order processing. I have completed a large Uhaul box of cartridges for him and they are cleaned, prepped, and ready to go, so if he didn't ship your order out before he went on vacation, he'll have the supplies to easily assemble orders once he gets back, so I'd assume, time being the factor, that the order will be shipped rather quickly.

I didn't want to start a new topic so I re-used this one here.

Is the store still on vacation? I tried to order something, but I cannot login with my login details. I already reset the password, so that shouldn't be the problem. So maybe, I thought to myself, the store is on vacation now. Is that true?

You should be able to login using your email address and password. Please send me a PM with the email address you used with your store account and I can investigate.
