Replacement PCB-mount power jack for Lynx available from Jameco

I'm three years behind in saying this, but FYI...

In 2008 the center pin fell out of the power jack on my Lynx II, and in browsing the Jameco catalog I found that they had PCB-mount jacks exactly like the one in a Lynx. It is Part 101195. Opened my unit up, desoldered the jack, soldered the new one in, and I've been playing it merrily since then. [more of the story and photos: inside my Lynx // the replacements arrive]

Wow it really suprises me how thin the inside of the lynx is.

Is it really that thin, or is it just the picture?

It's really that thin. What you see is what's inside... grab a screwdriver and see for yourself! :P
