So you're in the US/Canada and are upset that Xenoblade is PAL only...

So Xenoblade has been released in Europe, with nothing in sight as far as a NTSC NA release. What to do?

If the above post/method seems too hard, or you just want a clearer picture of "Homebrew Channeling" your Wii, here's another guide -

I've been running it on my computer & displaying on my TV. Looks like a 360 game this way. Pretty amazing, the amount of detail you can squeeze out of some Wii games.

Nice!

But, unfortunately, many people do not have a machine that can perform that well with Dolphin. Those that do though, yeah, Wii and Gamecube games never looked better.

Yeah, if/when you can... you'd be absolutely astounded at the amount of detail that's simply lost due to the thing being restricted to running at 480p. Just upping it to 720p is pretty much an entire generation of difference. Makes me... concerned for the Wii-U.

The WiiU has HD capabilities, so why would you be concerned?

Not like they're sticking with 480i/480p yet again.

I just picked this up today, but I'm in a PAL territory so... awkward :ponder:

Okay, now just convince several hundred thousand of your closest friends to buy the game too, and then maybe Reggie will rouse from his stupor long enough to bring the game here.

That's a bit difficult around the parts where I live, as almost no stores got the game, and those that did ("GameStop" and "GAME") mostly sold'em all out on launch day.

I was lucky enough to buy it at launch day.

Honestly, I dunno whether I'd recommend this to one friend, let alone several thousand. I just can't make up my mind about this game.

I´m sure you will get the game too.
It´s a big success here in Germany.
After all, it has already english voiceover!
