19 minutes of my life wasted :(

This video only tells you what items you need to build the mod, the build is in part two.

Still the video, mentions the source of the information is 8bit Lab Rat, so I am off to have a look there :)

Nothing short of a modern 5200 controller in the style of a Jaguar controller using an analog thumbstick will sell me.

I was actually thinking about trying to mod a Jag controller to be like that - Cutting out the D-pad board and trying to find a thumbstick that would fit. It'd be an interesting project, I think.

Yeah, sorry about all the talk and tech stuff in part 1. Part 2 goes more into the controller and part 3 the 5200 adapter. The final result isn't 'true' analog as it operates at max speed, etc.. You have the extreme values and center value. (0K ohms, 250K ohms, 500K ohms).

I was thinking it would be very cool to come up some sort of digital output, where depends on how long you press a button. (short press >slow and the longer you press the button >faster or something similar). But beyond my skills atm...
