Well as usual what I want is only on the Japanese VC. Does anyone know how to get Japanese VC games?
Looking for StarBlade and Cybersled. Both supposedly available.
Region code utility? or some direct download via pc?

Buy a Japanese Wii. At least, I would hope that works..

Shop Channel checks your IP address now for country of origin so buying a Japanese system won't work that easily. I suppose you could set up a proxy though.
