Any thoughts on Phantom Breaker?

I found gamer pics of this game and was curious as to what it was. After a short search I found some YouTube videos.

Anyone know anything about this? It looks decidedly low rent, but the character designs look nice.

Edit: Did find out it wasn't region free. Bummer.
