Sadly, no. There were plans to bring it out over here, but that fell through.
It's freaking awesome, though, and definitely worth the minor effort that goes into playing imported GC games.
Lots of appeal in that disc for all the classic gaming fans on these forums, since the Driller series is just a Dig Dug continuation. DD even makes a helmet-less appearance in the game. And the music's great. I need to stop before I blabber a pageful of Driller love.

Is the GameCube game different in any way from the Dreamcast version, Rex?

I played the original Mr. Driller on PC and enjoyed it, and recently tried Mr. Driller 2 on GBA. Is the GC version more fully-featured?

Oh yeah, there are several unique gametypes... five, I think. One mode is what you'd recognize as the classic version you played on the PS1/GBC/Dreamcast; the others are pretty big tweaks.
My favorite modes are Drindy (Indiana Jones theme going on there) and Druaga, but the haunted house mode is fun too.
Drindy drops the air supply/suffocation mechanic in favor of puzzle solving. Druaga has you keeping items in an inventory & trying to locate and defeat a dragon among several pits of blocks.

Check out a video on youtube at least. Wikipedia's description of each is pretty accurate, too.
