I don't really like much on the JagCD and I've had one since launch. I've got most of the games, but the only ones I play really are Baldies and that one is frustrating since it will crash frequently. I was never a fan of Hover Strike: UL or Battlemorph, although if I had to choose between the two games I'd go with Battlemorph. I see the JagCD as a collectors item moreso than anything else, personally I would have fleshed out my Cartridge collection before investing in the CD.
fair enough, I have heard some negative stuff about the CD collection but to be honest I really like Cybermorph and so the thought of being able to play a better version just makes me really want to get one, if only to play that game! I have quite a few cartridge games and the only one left I want is Pitfall really, maybe bubsy. I'm not going to bother trying to buy them all, maybe that makes me less of a Jaguar fan but hey, I like the machine, but am not looking to own the entire collection, just the bits I want

Dragons Lair, Space Ace, and Brain Dead 13 are good if you like the laser disc games. The video is very compressed but they play really nice and I've always been a fan of that type of game. So I enjoy them.
Although be aware, that on a PAL Jag these will not play correctly (I think Dragon's Lair doesn't run at all?). You can tell if your jag is NTSC or PAL by looking at it's power LED. Green = PAL Red = NTSC
A lot of the Homebrew stuff can be downloaded and burnt to a CD FoC! So there is really no reason to not try it all! Have a look at some of the games over on reboots site
http://reboot.atari.org polished and fun, and for the price of a blank CD-R! bonus!
You may want to get yourself a Memory Track cart for save games and high scores for your CD Games.
If you are a masochist you could get yourself Highlander on the CD
Another fun game is Baldies (RTS type game)
Have fun
Cool, I'm definitely interested in those vid disc ones they were a lot of fun on the Sega CD, such as the one where you ride a hover craft type thing through roads and alley ways etc, or supreme warrior, that was a classic lol. Oh and I assume as i have ordered my Jag cd from Best Electric in the US that it will be an NTSC one? Does that mean everything works on it?
Also thanks for the link, is that the best place to get Jag hombrew stuff? Any ones I should look out for that are of stand out quality at all?
Cheers for the responses so far guys, keep em coming! Also I will let you know when I get the drive, might do a little vid too
