So about 1 year ago I modded a Top Loading nes for AV out using the NES2 Mod guide from DMTGamePack at NESDev. It worked perfectly. About 1 month later I fired it up and noted that I had to tap the machine to get the picture to come on. Now after moving house I plugged it in and all I get is a bluse screen. I get this bluse screen regardless of which game I insert and it appears even without a game. Visually, the wires look fine and none of the wires have come loose. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Okay. I cleaned the contacts in the unit and the cartridge and it seems to be working now. I was sure it would be something more disastrous because my RetroN3 was handling the same games just fine.
