I wonder what they mean by CART DISPLAY CARTON. Was this the oversize boxes that were displayed in stores.
I wonder what PAM Mainframe means.
I wonder why they would make a list like this for parts that supposedly didn't exist yet.
5200 Kids controller mention on page 95-96. It was given the I.D. CX54
1400 and 1450 mentioned on page 121

You don't have a link but presumably this is a scan of the Master Parts List that was up on ebay?
