I got stuff from them in the last year or two but not recently. They are a small operation with a large inventory so they aren't that great about getting back to people. They've been honest in the end for most, the only problem now is that I heard they are under new management. It's been a few months so I don't know how the new operation will be, if they want to keep their pretty good rep they'll come through for you guys.

I have bought items from them 4 different times. Everything arrived in great shape, but they didn't always ship ASAP. I know they used to have a phone number where you could reach a live person. You might want to give them a call if you have concerns about your order.

VGLQ is a pretty good place, but watch out for their shipping costs. I bought 75% of all my Jaguar stuff there in 1996-7, but in 1999, they upped shipping to about $10.00 for a game. I can't reccommend them anymore for that alone.

I haven't bought much of anything from them in a long time (prices always seemed to be a little too high) but I DID buy all three of my Lynx systems there. If I remember right, it used to take about two weeks for stuff to get here (when payment went through the mail) and I guess that was about the normal amount of time. The lynx systems were in excellent condition (like new) and I can't remember ever having trouble with their service (they even swapped a bundled game with one that I wanted when I explained that I already had it)

i have to say that VGLQ ships alot quicker then Megabuys on Ebay

and i got the CD i won on ebay from VGLQ shipping was $3.85 and they charged me $4.99 but that isnt as bad as some ive gotten from sellers on ebay, i can handle a $1.15 handling charge :)
