I just tried the new Sonic Generations demo and I really really enjoyed it. It's definitely a lot more optimized than the first one. It's got the classic view in HD or a new first person Sonic view to get you through the stage. I thought both were pretty cool and I think the game plays well. I played it on the 360. I don't see it out on PSN yet.

Oh yeah? I didn't know there was a new demo out. Sucks how they "expired" the previous one.
You say it's more optimized; is the framerate improved? It was a little difficult to play on the PS3 before, not due to it being "too fast", but because it didn't run smoothly enough.
What stage(s) can you play?

I'm pretty sure it was the same level again. It was Green Hill. The FPS were improved greatly and I had a much easier time with the controls. It also has a tutorial as you play that I don't remember the first demo having.
