I would like to put smaller, RS-MMC card inside the Harmony Cartridge. Has anybody tested or is somebody using RS-MMC cards?

It won't damage the Harmony cart, but it is unlikely to work. Improved support for MMC cards will be coming in the next BIOS release at some point ...
