I thought I saw it before, but I can't find it now, so I just want to verify. DF0FRACINC-DF3FRACINC only are for vertical resolution, right? Horizontal is fixed at 32 pixels?

Yes, DF0FRACINC-DF3FRACINC are only for vertical resolution, and yes, the horizontal resolution is fixed at 32 pixels.
