I'm grateful they gave the Songbird games any coverage -- Craig @IGN is a long-time Lynx fan, and a great guy. But they were a little harsh on some games IMO, with comments like "Champ Rally should support at least four players" (it does, but this was not announced at that time, but that's not the point -- how many GBC games EVER had support for four players?) or "Why publish this game now? They should have waited and added tons of new features." If that were the case, we'd likely never see new games published, as developers would get burned out after adding the 83rd new feature to their game, and fans would give up after several years had passed with no new games.
I know my games aren't perfect -- Ponx is fun but limited in variety, and I really should have found an artist but what did I know at the time.

-- but I think my games are first of all fun, and second of all hold up very well against the GBC, which was itself the follow-on to the actual Lynx competitor, the GB. Even though I own a GBA, I still find myself playing Warbirds or Crystal Mines II or Champ Rally again and again. The games are simple but addictive, and have great graphics and audio.
