A couple of issues ago, I purchased a six month subscription. A few days ago, I noticed that my subscription credits were no longer listed. I used the feedback option on the app, stating politely that the credits were not showing up and could they do something about it. I heard back this morning that there was a glitch, and I got four free back issues (their choice) in addition to the subscription issue being fixed. If you have the same problem, a quick email may be worth the time.
