Any suggestions how to change the logo? I guess it is contained in the BIOS rom... Thanks.

YES! Draw a new design, send said design to Albert and he'll print you a new logo label to put on the front of the cartridge, done! . . . . 
Yeah its probably contained in the BIOS and I have no idea how to change that.

Do you mean the onscreen 'yin-yang' or the Harmony banner?
I kind of like them myself.

You could try one of the various graphics hacking tools and see if it can find the banner. I want to say the menu ROM starts at around 3400h offset. Of course do so at your own risk.
