Nintendo has my vote mainly because they refuse to fall into the "hardcore" gamer trap that seduces XBOX and PS3 fanboys. Nintendo seems to care about gameplay and experience more than just whoring out graphics. Up until two days ago, I was very much opposed to both XBOX and PS3 because I had no interest in games like Call of Duty or GTA and that seemed to be pretty much all those systems want to throw at me.

Now on the flip side I think Nintendo has gone a bit far in the opposite direction failing to bring some big names and third parties into the fold. And when they did the execution left much to be desired (Tomb Raider Underworld). There must be a happy medium.

I have loved my Wii dearly since launch day. The motion controls are exceptional when well implemented (Tiger Woods PGA, Wario Ware, Skyward Sword, Wii Sports Resort), and inconsequential when marginally implemented (Lost in Shadow). I don't really see any big deal about not have a huge controller with a bazillion buttons on it. The best games can be played with just a couple of buttons after all.

I look forward to Nintendo's next offering. I would prefer a better name and innovations that are well thought out and executed. Perhaps a startling return to simplicity rather than overcomplicated and derivative Dreamcast rehashes. Either way, I am a pretty devoted Nintendo guy and they will really have to screw me over to turn me off. Nintendo still has claim to some of the best franchises out there (they need to get Castlevania back...).

I, personally, like using the Wii+Nunchuk control scheme for "standard" games. Since the two controllers aren't attached in any way except for a wire, I can move my hands around independently and get more comfortable while playing. The main exception would be Smash Bros Brawl. I'm too used to using the GameCube controller, and I have a hard time using any other control scheme in that game.
