As said 100 times before, the rights of the programs remain by the author(s). Abbuc has only the right for a premiere release on its magazine. So, its the authors "job" to make the programs available for free (if they do so good, if they don`t you have to live with that, it is their decision and their right)... -Andreas Koch.
