I don't know what's going on with Eduardo. He hasn't been seen here (and I haven't heard from him at all personally) since late August / early September.

He made that awesome video (uploaded to his YouTube profile) and then presumably went back into the engineer's den to hammer away. He wants to release DKA and the Expansion module in time for the CV 30 year anniversary.
