Hey gang,

I just wanted to know what a good price for a Jag CD system is. There is a store by me that is selling one with the power cable and Myst for $130.

Thanks,

That sounds reasonable. Might want to see if they will let you bring in your Jag to test it first though. ;) :lolblue:

Haha! I know, right? I've heard that these units can be finicky. I remember the Angry Video Game Nerd saying that he bought 2 or 3 CD attachments and none of them work. At least I know I can get my money back if anything is wrong with it.

Yeah, they can definitely be finicky. Plenty of people have had no problems, but plenty have, so just make sure you can get your money back or exchange it for something else if it doesn't function and if you don't want to try and repair it.

Good price if it's working. I've haven't had any problems with mine and therefore haven't had to attempt to fix it but from what I've read around here some of their more common issues are relatively easy fixes.

Best is where I got mine and I would highly recommend a purchase from them. I believe he is out of NIB JagCDs but still has the shrink wrapped and reconditioned ones. Great guy to deal with.

I don't have any CD games at the moment. Which ones do you recommend I start out with?

Definatly Battlemorph,Highlander is a good one if you like action/adventure i like highlander becouse it was a nice game sadly the other two parts never seen the light of day.Hovercraft is great on the cd unit iron soldier 2,and robinsons requem is a must i was thrilled to see that one finaly release for the jag it is a great game.Definatly head over to reboot and grab there homebrew games they have some good ones SuperFly,and Downfall are great .SuperFly is very addictave lol.But those are some great titles to get to start out with.
