I have a Pro Controller that is in excellent condition with the exception of the A, B, and C letters being worn off to varying degrees. Has anyone ever repainted letters on their controller to remedy this? What would be the best way to go about it. I was thinking maybe a stencil and some white spraypaint, but I'm just not sure how it will turn out.

Taking the controller apart and taking the buttons out would probably be the safest and most efficient way to paint them. That is, provided the buttons come loose on a Pro Controller, never opened one before..

Yes, the buttons are loose.

I wasn't referring to the buttons themselves, but the white lettering underneath them on the controller itself.
