OK sure just a bit of fun. But I had never heard of or recalled this game and I think it is pretty damn obvious where the game got it's "inspiration" from!

And yes I looked it up and realize it was on DOS and AtariST but I heard about the AMIGA version first so I went with that.

Fast forward to 2:20 to see gameplay..

It's interesting to see how well the PC does despite its shortcomings, no sound chip and simple bit-mapped graphics with no co-processing.

I was disappointed in the Atari version, soundwise. Especially considering the ST had respectable sound and all sorts of midi stuff. Graphics are as expected.

The Amiga music is great. And the graphics as expected. I would have liked to hear better sound effects in-game though.

Anything like this on the Apple //e ?
