You might want to try sending him a PM. He responded to me that way...

I would like to apologize to everyone because of how long it has took me finish these cables. I will begin shipping cables out later this
week and will have all of them shipped by mid next week and you will receive tracking info.

I dropped the ball on this one. Between my dad's cancer and other issues cropping up (recently my RGB monitor died so I had to purchase
another), I wasn't able to get these out any sooner. I grossly under estimated how long each cable would take to build as well. But you
WILL receive your cable.

Again, please accept my apology and I will make sure everone receives what they have paid for shortly.

All cables have been shipped except for 2.

I am waiting on a reply back from KevinMos3 as I don't have his shipping address and I haven't sent Serblanders cables as they are going to Australia and I have to wait till the Post Office is open in the morning and fill out the paper work to send them.

I have either directly PM'ed the shipping details to each of you OR sent it via Paypal. Most of you should have the cables in hand mid next week.

Here are a couple photos of the finished cables:

I built a total of 11 RGB cables, 8 adapters and 4 Basic Svideo/composite only models. They were far more time consuming to build than I had thought.

Just an FYI I do have 3 more basic cables still available. Composite and S-video along with stereo audio. $30 shipped in the US per cable.

Also, I have had a couple people ask me about the 24 pin edge connector and where to buy them. As far as I know, Digikey is the only place in the US I was able to find them at.

Update:

All cables have been shipped out and remaining shipping details have been sent to KevinMos3 and Serblander.

Also, I still have the 3 basic cables left if anyone is interested. There will NOT be a 2nd run of cables. Once these 3 final ones are sent, thats it.

Just got mine today, and it works great! I know you said it wouldn't work with the port labeled RGB on my Vizio tv, but for shots and giggles, I hooked it up anyway.. It displayed only the top half of the screen, with some horizontal lines on the bottom... I guess I'll have to get an upscaler, if I want to run RGB.. I'm using S-Video with no problems.. Thanks again! Totally with the wait!

I've been speaking with Tobias over at http://retrogaming.hazard-city.de/
He has a great site, and couldn't be more helpful.. We're trying to figure out what would be the best solution to convert the RGB on this cable to a VGA suitable for my LCD tv.. He wanted me to ask Todd if if the Jag uses
raw sync or if it uses composite video as RGB sync, since he's not familiar with the hardware...

Once I find this out, I'll post the results in this thread, if you guys want..

The official SCART cable uses composite video for sync. But there's also a TTL-level composite sync signal available on the video port, see here and there for details.

Composite sync.

Although I haven't tested it, you could probably use one of those RGB to VGA boards they sell on eBay.
