So seems like both power supplies work, but the JagCD isn't receiving power for some reason? It's possible it might have been used with the wrong power pack before & something has blown, or it could be something else completely. If you're not in a rush to get it looked at, you could see if gaztee could bring it up to Linko's at the end of the month & he could maybe take a look at it, he knows more about them than anyone else I know. Of course, they're both busy chaps so I probably shouldn't volunteer them without asking first

It's weird , if I unplug the power supply out of the cd unit , it goes back to the green dev screen ! I may have to open it up or give it to someone else to look at ! I'm getting the splash screen everytime .

I should have re-read the topic before n64rick came round! Didn't know about the c button thing before! I am happy to bring the unit for link to look at, but don't want it to sit with the pile of cd units he already has to look at! As best electronics still sell these units & do cd unit repairs, maybe Brad there might be able to help? He's always been quick with responses & is always helpful whenever he can be!
