I just loaded it on a Kindle and it looks great. I can't beleive this guy grabbed all the books out of Skyrim. :P

For those who don't own a Kindle I'm not sure but perhaps the Kindle Reader may help. This allows you to read kindle books on your PC.

This is a great post cimerians!
I've been taking books and depositing them in bookshelves and wardrobes to enjoy at a later date (which will probably never come)
Going to load them up to my HP touch pad ASAP and not worry about the weight of carrying them going forward. LOL!

There's an ePUB reader add-on for firefox for those who just want to look at it on their PC. It's the first result when you google "eupb reader".

That's cool. And I bet it's easier to reed than the in game books, that slanted text on the right seems hard to read for some reason, I KNOW it's exactly the same as the right, just a different angle, but still...

What the what?! Are those all specifically written for Skyrim? Or are some of them sourced from other non-videogame places? That's a heck of a lot to write just for in-game books.

Some of the books are 'reprinted' from Morrowind and Oblivion. Meaning there won't be anything new if you read it in Skyrim.

Still, that's an awful lot to write just for a series of games. I'm very impressed, assuming it's all good reading.

They must have hired a team of writers just to write all of those books...

I got tired of hauling around books too.

It's amazing some of the places you find them in the game....

God, I've spent hours in Oblivion just trying to arrange a dozen or so books on a shelf using the clumsy "pick up" function. I'm not entirely certain why.

It just looks "right" to have them arranged nicely on a shelf instead of just in piles on the floor. I like on Skyrim you can highlight certain book cases 9at least in your house) and have the game just dump them in it LOL.

I'm sure they started with just a few books way back when, but added to it with each new game. I bet there's some Skyrim only books in this game, bt most of what I 've seen so far is stuff I've already seen in Morrowind or Oblivion.

I like that "permanent" spells are now books...er...toms LOL It's better tan just having another scroll like the old games. ( by permanent, I'm meaning the spells you learn)
