Hi,

My nephew's PSP GO went bad. It doesn't turn on. They are mailing to me to see if I can do something with it. So, I'm not sure what are the symptoms for now.
However,my first question is what happenes to all the downloads? I guess you can recover them if you get a new psp go, right?

I regret buying him that. I should had buy him the psp 3000

thanks,
Francisco

How are the downloads stored on a Go? Internal memory or an SD card?

I believe your PSP downloads will show up on the main Sony PSN Store. I would recommend doing what I do and download all my PSP games to the PS3. That way they are backed up...and if he ever gets a PSP 3000, he can use the USB cable to connect to the PS3 and move them over.

You can get the Sony Media GO software for the PC as well, and redownload the PSP games to that as a backup. Although you can just redownload them too on whatever next PSP he might get.
