Hello and thanks for looking I have a Atari lynx 2 I pick up for 5$ but would not turn on. It got power then shut off right away so I did a little looking and found this forum. I have tried the negative to headphones jack and the system boots fine. My question is is there a video or guide on how to fix the transistor that i bypassed with the straight wire? I can't seam to find anyone showing ho to do it just talking about it. I also would like to know if I soldered the wire to the headphone jack and negative side and just pop in and out the batteries would this hurt the system? Thanks any help would be great
