Sure. I have a Parker Brothers Colecovision cart label template. They would be a little more difficult to cut out but, still doable.

would you stick with the Atari look or use a new image (i.e. the new bluray cover?)

I'm not sure what I would do. I would need to discuss that with the people in charge of the project.
