What unreleased TI-99 games have known prototypes or rom images? I've looked at a few rarity lists and here's what I've come up with (I'm excluding the educational games because I don't care about them). For the games with roms that don't exist I tried to only include games that were actually known to have been in development, not just announced:

Roms Exist
==========
Angler Dangler
Ant Colony
Astroblitz? (is the rom on TI Game Shelf the same game as the one Funware announced?)
Astro Fighter
Cannonball Blitz
Cave Creatures
Crossfire
ET (Frogger type game)
ET and His Adventures on Land (is this out there? it's not the Frogger type game)
ET and His Adventures at Sea
Fantasy
Jumpman Junior (as Junkman Jr.)
Lasso
Lobster Bay
Mission X
Mouskattack
Paddle Ball (Breakout)
River Rescue
Robotron: 2084
Shanghai
Starship Pegasus
Star Wars: ESB
Submarine Commander
Super Storm (Slime)
Tutankham
Wing War

Roms Don't Exist
=============
Astrochase
Battlestar Galactica
Battlezone
Card Sharp
Choplifter
ET and His Adventures in Air
Joust
Submarine Battle

Cave Creatures was released as part of the ROMOx ECPC Library
Junkman Junior was released by Databiotics in 1987

Additions:
Championship Football [MBX]
Championship Tennis [MBX]
Green Muck [MBX]
Mail Drop [MBX]

E.T. The Extra Terrestrial [TI]
Galactic Barrier [Funware]
Galaxian [Atarisoft]
Slime [Atarisoft]
Springer [Atarisoft]
Stratego [MB]
Vanguard [Atarisoft]

Star Wars ESB was never intended to be released on cartridge as far as I know.

The rom for E.T. and his adventure at Sea exists, but I am not sure about ET. and his adventure at Land.

Well the rom exists, I've seen pictures of it. Why would they develop it if they never intended to release it?

Oh? Any pictures out there? Is it available for download?

These are all 'known to exist, but no rom available'? Slime is already on my list as Super Storm.

You seem to forget that the TI-99 was not a video game console but a home computer. Thousands of games were released on disks and tapes. Cartridge releases were only affordable to big companies.

There has been a video documentary about several non-released cartridges including those e.t. ones.

I don't know too much yet. E.T. is avaiable.

Interesting....

I swear I saw a pic of Lasso (boxed) in one of those yearly Ti 99 trader magazines....

I love how th TI took the Colecovision approach and ported some of the rarer arcade games - Centuri's Munch Moblie and
Snk's Lasso (if it were found).

Well there might be a pre-release manual out there somewhere (no boxes since this is TI we're talking about), but I've never seen it. The game was definitely never released though.

Thanks Tempest - one to cross of the list!

The *boxed* part I was referring to was one of the generic plastic cases w/ the lables on the side....

I have to try to find that pic now!!!
