Apparently, it's called Nightmare. Found a video of some gameplay here.

According to Atarimania there's also a NTSC-Version so this could be the version you have:

It's Stuntman. I just played it the other day. Tough game, and weird.

Oh, by the way, Stuntman was released in other forms, not sure what they were all called and what came first, but pretty sure das Stunt was the first manifestation of this game.

Looking at the case,it resembles the stuntman.
There are no screws in it,and does not look like there was a label on top(no glue residue)
But the game play looks exactly like "Nightmare"
It is not PAL,no other markings on case
Based on that, sounds like its Stuntman?
Any other things I can check without attempting to take it apart???
I noticed in the screen shots for both game titles, they said "Sanchez 1983"so how best to determine
what it is?
And how much would value be affected if I take it apart?
Thanks for the replies

No, it's not.

Sancho's version is the original.

Oldjd,

According to your cartridge description, your version is indeed Stunt Man from Panda (a copy of Nightmare from Sancho):

Rom,
So there are 2 games that are the same with different names?
I cant find either of them in a rarity/value rating
Sorry if ignorant question, but I cant say I have ever seen same game/different title
Well, except Defender II and Atari video cube

Welcome to the world of VCS cart pirates.

Of the 10.000 different VCS game titles that were released between 1977 and 1992, only 500 of them are originals.

So yes, there are games that are 100% identical and carry a different title.

River Raid, for example (check out the Additional Comments window):
