Looks like I'll have to update my wants list tonight. ;)

What a haul!

I'll be trading and/or selling off the spares and extras.

Since I was willing to go up to $50 each on individual auctions of Ikari Warriors, Basketbrawl, Alien Brigade, Commando, Fatal Run, Planet Smashers at one point or another, I feel like I just came in 120 under budget (and that should give you some idea what my true high bid was). :D

Damn, so you're the one who beat me!!!!! I wasn't going to go higher than $250 so I guess you would have won in the end. That was such a sweet deal though. You accomplished in one auction what took my about 4 months to do.

I knew there were a lot of AtariAgers watching and/or bidding on the auction, starting with oesii and ending with bcprs, so I honestly didn't think I'd have the high bid. It really skyrocketed in that last hour too, about $60 worth before I had even put in a bid, and that was making me really nervous. My only challenge now after I incorporate the ones I need into my set will be to unload the ones I don't! The wife was a little upset when she heard it came with three more 7800's. Quote:

"I thought we agreed not to get any more consoles until we got a house!"

Me: "Honey I agreed not to get any NEW consoles. These aren't new. Besides I don't plan to keep them all anyway, I just need the games!"

:D

WOW

That's a motherload.

Will you be interested in trading one of the 7800s? Let me know. I dunno. Probably a stupid question to ask though.

I'll definitely be trading or selling at least two. I'll post which ones once all the stuff arrives and I test it all out. :D

When you do get them, send me a message.

It's up to you.

I was just looking for a good deal on a 7800 and I have stuff for trade...if the deal is right.

The ONLY reason I didn't bid on this was because there wasn't a mean 18 in the lot. :) Still, you should be able to sell off the doubles you didn't need and get half your investment back. Good job!

Hehehe. Mean 18 is one of the only three I still need now, and I know Lemmi outbid me on the last one I saw on eBay. I'm gonna have to keep my eyes peeled or hope somebody has a spare to trade. :ponder:

Suppose you decided to trade a 7800..what would you be looking for. I don't even know what Mean 18 is..LOL..but I have other stuff that could be considered.

Sorry to nag you so much. I just won a 5200 on EBay and the 7800 is the last system that I'm gonna buy for a while...well that and an INTV2..and then I'm just gonna focus on games.

So how bad do you +really+ want that Fatal Run manual? :D I'm sure you'll find a loose one eventually though. ;)

Hey, I'm still looking for a lot of 7800 commons, so if you want to unload a bunch LMK. I have a grand total of about 15 7800 carts, and I still need some really basic ones like Robotron and Galaga.

After partially sorting through the auction (finding stuff I need, replacing stuff I should upgrade, putting aside what I don't) here's a complete list of what I have for sale or trade so far (not on my trades page yet):

* Centipede (boxed no inst.)
* Centipede (CIB not sealed rough overall)
* Commando (loose slightly rough label)
* Crossbow (CIB not sealed rough overall)
* Fight Night (boxed no inst.)
* Jinks (boxed no inst.)
* Joust (boxed no inst.)
* Mat Mania Challenge (boxed no inst.)
* Ms. Pac-Man (boxed no inst. rough overall)
* One on One Basketball (CIB sealed box partially crushed)
* Touchdown Football (boxed no inst. rough box)

The only three games I need are Mean 18 Ultimate Golf, Title Match Pro Wrestling, and Tomcat the F-14 Simulator. The only other four besides these I need instructions for are Double Dragon, F-18 Hornet, Impossible Mission, and Rampage. I'm more concerned with getting the games I need than the manuals, but I'll take any offer into consideration including boxes for any of the seven I just listed (not a priority but will not turn down a good one in a fair deal).
