Looking for some Indus GT manuals (and one disk)

I need the following Indus GT (for Atari) manual:

- "GT Albert E. Spread Sheet for Atari" manual

I also need one of the original "GT Albert E. Spread Sheet for Atari" disks in the original grey Indus Systems sleeve.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

I can't believe my extra Indus copies haven't turned up. That means I have another box of Atari stuff stashed somewhere....
