I know the Polyvox and CCE carts complete in box are very hard to find in the wild, while the loose carts are usually common. Someone has an idea of which rarity number a boxed Polyvox game would be?

Good question. And if this know someone, how Rare is a manual with the CCE game. I own one Game with manual.

I'd use the following rarity ratings:

2 loose CCE game
2 loose Polyvox game
7 CCE or Polyvox game with manual
8 boxed CCE game
8 boxed Polyvox game
9 CCE game in plastic bubble wrap package

Again, it is important here not to confuse rarity and value. While a boxed "9" USA release would fetch $$$, a European / S-American / Asian / Australian "pirate 9" would be worth much, much less. So is the current market.
