What you can do is search for (PAL) in the V7.0 collection and put these in a seperate map.

That way you'll have a PAL only collection (with long filenames).

I was trying to avoid that... I guess you had short named files.

Well...
If the mountain will not come to Muhammad...

I started doing it. About halfway now...
Would you mind me posting it here for other PAL people?
If so, do you recommend some kind of folder structure?

I don't mind at all, as long as people know that it's not offered as a part of my collection, but as an initiative from you.

Perhaps the same folder structure as I used for the HARMONY CART ROMS set?

Meaning: ROMS SORTED BY COMPANY and ROMS SORTED BY ALPHABET.

Hey Rom i see you have fun with numbers in your awesomely massive set. but why not in the harmony folder? I mean i know its just basic math but it could be called a diffrent game.
No big whooop just kind of noticed it.

Your roms rock and so do you

That's because Basic Math was the first released version.

All Harmony Cart Roms in my set are first releases only.

Yes please! I have been using the ntsc rom set till now, but it would be nice to have both!

Rom, for future version releases, would it be possible to list the new additions since the last release? That would make it a lot easier to keep the PAL harmony romset up to date.

In some cases, how do you know what came first? E.g. how do you know that the PAL sancho nightmare came before the ntsc version?

That's indeed a tricky one.

With Sancho and Bit Corporation I'll stick to PAL being the first release for now until more NTSC versions show up.

For ROM additions and corrections updates I need Franzman's help.

The contents of my collection changes weekly and I don't always keep track of every tiny change.

I would include NTSC where there is no PAL game (e.g. Eli's ladder, Music Machine, Gamma Attack) and I would include protos of unreleased games too. Most protos of unreleased games are NTSC only anyway.... PAL Dumbo is one of the few exceptions.

Thanks a million for all your hard work. However I have a question. I unzipped and see 2 Adventure roms. One is labeled Sears and the other PAL. What about the regular NTSC Atari release of the game?

Adventure (1980) (Atari, Warren Robinett - Sears) (CX2613 - 49-75154) ~

Rom Hunter: Do you have the complete collection of JUST Atari 2600 titles or do you collect roms for all/other systems?

Only Atari 2600 and only from the 1977-1992 period.

Hey rom, just curious about why in your harmony cart folder you have mystique and its roms but there is no play around folder. Also theres no lady in waiting, philly flasher, knight on the town, bachlore party. Im not a perv i just noticed all the missing adault games. Just curious why this is.
Your set is awesome!!!!

That's because the Mystique ROMs were the first releases.

Mystique later became Play Around.

Ok i understand mystique came first but playaround games are diffrent. And they fit between 1977-1992. plus im sure that people with harmony carts might want to play them.
Especially new people who might not even know about them.
Dont get me wrong i think your set is awesome!!!!

Actually, Play Around ROMS are not different.

They were originally Mystique games, but hardly anyone knows that:
http://www.atarimani...her=23&step=200

The only "original" Play Around titles are the Demonstration carts:
http://www.atarimani...1.110._2_G.html

But even these contain the Mystique logo inside the data.

Because my collection only contains first releases, no Play Around ROMs are included.

Seems nitpicky, and it is.
