Basically it is a Winter Olympics-style collection of ten mini-games. Slalom, bob-sledding ski-jukp, etc.
The developers did an outstanding job with the graphics. I find the gameplay hit or miss; some of the events are fun while others bore me to tears.

If you are a serious Lynx collector it is a nice addition to your collecton, but there are other, better carts to get if you are a more casual gamer.

Pretty much as above really. If you like Winter Games then you will love this.

I personally think its worth owning for the visual aspect alone!

Yes, its not limited you can buy it from your favorit lynx dealer

Obviously I did check the Songbird website first before asking, but since it was out of stock I thought I'd hope for a friendly and useful answer here.
